Answer: We're a UK based company specialising in the provision of International Premium Rate telephone numbers. Working with some of the most competitive telecoms organisations globally, we are consistently competitive and fast to respond.

Question: Do you provide UK premium rate solutions as well as international?

Answer: Yes, we do. We can supply either £1 or £1.50 per minute (Cost to caller) 090 numbers. As well as getting in touch with us, you should also investigate PayPhonePlus who are the organisation that regulates phone-paid services in the UK.

Question: How quickly can I get started with a number from Monde Telecom?

Answer: In many cases you can commence immediately as we have a bank of numbers ready to be used. If not available immediately set up typically takes between 5 and 10 days. If you need it faster, please get in touch.

Question: How will I get paid?

Answer: Our payments are made either weekly, bi-weekly, 45 days or 60 days end of month, depending upon the number. You can see which numbers pay out on which basis from our product page. Payments are made by BACS transfer to both £GBP and €Euro accounts.

Question: I know how much I'll be paid, but how much will it cost me to set up?

Answer: In almost all cases there is no set up fee for our international premium rate numbers. Simply contact us, tell us which numbers you need, tell us where you want the calls directing, and we'll do the rest.

Question: Do all international premium rate numbers work for all countries?

Answer: No they don't. Due to restrictions placed on certain terminations by telecoms operators, you will need to check you can access the number from the country you want to operate your service. The fastest method of checking the numbers is to refer to our 'Test Numbers' column on our product page. Once tested and you know it works, please get in touch and we can set the numbers up for you.

Answer: Absolutely. Please give us a call, or send us an e-mail and we'll use our network to find you the numbers you need.

Question: OK, great, I'm ready to get started! What should I do now?

Answer: Make your choice from our product page, use the test number associated with your choice of number to make sure it works from your location, then get in touch with us to set it up. We'll issue you with an agreement to sign, and once signed we will get you started.
